Roughly 8 out of 10 of people now-a-days don’t believe in what it takes to make changes occur in their lives. The question is, why?

On top of that, why are they lying to themselves and others about what they truly want out of life? Who’s that in the way?

About 10% of those people are willing to make a change, a small change, adding smaller changes on top of those. Over a period of time, it becomes habitual. One change in one area of their life makes a change in another much easier, with a couple tweaks here and there, you start to notice building blocks that connect to what occurs on a bigger canvas. Next thing you look at it, you’re starting to become aware that this is a bigger change altogether.
