In order to achieve a healthy balance in the mind and body, we must begin to discover ourselves and dive deep to chart a course to recovery. Only then, can we begin to understand what our needs are. This includes mind, body and spiritual needs, combined into one holistic approach!

At the touch of a fingertip, we are equipped to use these tools individually at our own pace, while also having a community to keep us accountable!

This course is for the self-starter, the do-gooder, the DIY person, the achievement-oriented person who wants to determine, at any time, how to relieve body pain for themselves, their family or friend by understanding all the systems involved with pain production.

Starting from the wildly successful production of Brenden’s first free offering, Ultimate Bliss Experience, this course builds off of this success to provide you with a whole other toolset!

This Self-Care Course is designed to help you understand the human body systems involved with pain from a certified/licensed massage professional’s perspective.

It includes:

  • 1:1 learning
  • Anatomy lessons
  • Kinesiology lessons
  • Physiology lessons
  • Strengthening exercises
  • Trainings for Pain Relief Techniques

Once completed, you will have a decent toolkit to help you understand ways to relieve pain in the body that Brenden uses with Blue Tiger Wellness clients that produce success! You complete this course in your own time and the course will continue to grow over time with new offerings, lessons, trainings etc.

The goal of this course is to help you begin to look within yourself for sources of pain that present themselves in your body or other’s.

From here, we can begin to explore where it comes from and use other tools, such as Cognitive Engineering, Matrix Management, Reality Architecture, Tibetan Astrology and Cosmology to show you how to solve for this pain from it’s source!
